Bram Damen (Select Projects) has become a Project Lead, a role that requires a substantial amount of soft skills. Via GoodHabitz he could learn a whole lot.
“I chose trainings that are close to my current professional world. As a project lead it is very important for me to work together efficiently, to connect. In this context, the trainings about expectations, social intelligence, involvement and time management seemed interesting to me.
The corona crisis has drastically changed our way of working (together). I have been working from home since mid-March. The 'Online collaboration' training seemed very useful.
Finally, I was also curious about how I could use the Office 365 applications I know today even more efficiently and which new applications would be available.
I think the GoodHabitz training courses are valuable. I feel that they contain the required quality and structure to actually learn things and/or to stimulate you to learn more about them. I alternate them with Linkedin learnings and webinars that I follow via other platforms.
I’ve actually used some new skills outside the classroom. Getting to know the Office 365 applications better and how they relate to each other helps me every day to choose the right application for different purposes (e.g. Teams vs Sharepoint vs Onedrive).
In addition, topics about trust and connecting that were covered in the training on social skills certainly helped me to keep paying the necessary attention to this in my daily work.
The tips on time management help me to keep a close eye on my time use and to work more productively.”
